Someone came up with the idea of putting together a health package combining beauty therapies and Personal Training sessions and I went down and gave a talk to all the prospective participants. Gill signed up for this and apparently very much enjoyed the beauty side of the package. The hard part was me trying to convince her to meet me upstairs on the gym floor and partake in the training sessions she had paid for. Read More→
When our clients start working with us apart from hard training the next big challenge for them is changing their diet. This can often be quite tough for some as they have been told for many years by friends, family and more often the media that eating grains and starchy carbohydrates like wholegrain pasta or porridge is good for you. As many of you may know, here at Club One Hundred we recommend a diet high in lean proteins, fibrous carbohydrates (vegetables) and quality fats (nuts, avocados etc). Read More→
